My colleage Marjorie Newson has passed this email to me to respond to
you directly.

Thank you for your offer to send your books on CD rom but The British
Library prefers hardcopy printed books for the library collection.

I have also recently received a consignment of 10 printed proceedings
volumes for our library. Thank you very much for providing us with these
books. Please continue to supply printed volumes where possible as we
are able to fully index the print copies and make them widely available
to our readers via a variety of library services.
