Every year, the Organizing Committee receives about a great number of submissions from all around the world. From them, after a review, only a percentage is accepted. The conferences offer to researchers and university faculty members from all around the world the opportunity to rendezvous with colleagues, share new research advances and ideas, and set up new collaborations and research projects. We thank the Reviewers who performed the enormous and rather strict task of Review. This year CSCC, MCME and MCP had 38.9 % rejection rate. Our slogan was: "Quality and No Quantity". We feel very much indepted to the Reviewers for their valuable help to keep the level of our conference at the highest standard that World Scientific and Engineering Society (WSES) expected from us. All the accepted papers of this CD-ROM are also available in four Post-Conference Luxurious Books. A complete set of these four books was distributed to the multiconference attendees.
