JOURNALS:
BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post Conference Report of the Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and one volume of the hard-copy proceedings.

best paper competition. The evaluation will be based on the recommendation of the Chairmen of each Session
as well as on the recommendation of the
Committee of 6 international experts. See the best

HISTORY
OF THIS WSEAS CONFERENCE:
In the beginning,
this conference was part the WSEAS International
Conference on MATHEMATICAL METHODS AND COMPUTATIONAL
TECHNIQUES IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (MMACTEE), which
was held in:
- Athens ,Greece, July 1998.
- Vouliagmeni, Greece, December of 2001, 2002, 2003.
- Sofia, Bulgaria, October, 2005.
- Bucharest, Romania, October, 2006
- Arcachon, France, October, 2007.
However, in 2008, the organizers elevated it to
independent conference. So, the 10th (MAMECTIS)
Conference was held in Corfu, Greece in October of 2008,
while in 2009 the University of La Laguna, Tenerife,
Spain, organized the 11th MAMECTIS. The 12th MAMECTIS
was be held in Sousse, Tunisia in May of 2010.
