BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post-Conference report of the Conference.

No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and the hard-copy proceedings.

HISTORY OF THE CONFERENCE:
This conference took place first as a seminar in Piraeus, Greece, in March of 1997. Then it was held in Athens (Greece) in July 1998 (G.A.of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers). The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th MMACTEE took place in Vouliagmeni, Greece in December of 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 as WSEAS International Conferences. The 7th MMACTEE took place in Sofia, Bulgaria in October of 2005 while the 8th one in Bucharest, Romania in October of 2006. The 9th MMACTEE was held in Arcachon, France in October of 2007. The 10th MMACTEE was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, May of 2008. In September of 2009, the MMACTEE was held in Vouliagmeni, Greece
